A terrible chinese-owned property that doesn't care about taking care of it. Murky water and doesn't treat it with chlorine

Reasonable and nice apartment

this is my first time that I living at M residence,a brand new condo in a great location.
I love plants and I’m glad I have a great unit with excellent position to get the sunshine for all my lovely plants. The modern design in my unit makes my relax and comfort.
The speed of internet is also a plus point to me since I have experienced badly in my previous condo. What should be improved here in M-Residence is the reply speed from the front desk because they seems very busy. I wish their can increase this pint

NO JOKE! The design of the pool impress me a lot!!! I have lived in many condo before but this pool attracts me so much by its design! I don't think there is other condo in the whole Cambodia has that no-edge view with 360 degree. My friends and I have enjyed the full sunshine there with our own drinks. Can stop taking time to stay there!

What disappoints me a bit is their maintenance time. It could happen 3 times a week. I can understand they are trying to provide the best water quality of the pool but STILL, I will really appreciate it when they can shorten that maintenance time because it bothers my plan for relaxing!

The design of the gym attracts me the most. I have lived in many condo in the middle of the Phnom Penh, but all their gym rooms were built either in ground floor or low floor. And the gym of M residence is built in their top floor which can pleasure me by viewing all the Phnom Penh while I'm exercising.
Also the water fall that come from the swimming pool at the rooftop that I never have experience before. And the my most favorite sport equipment at the gym is heat row. It really surprises me that I see it again at M residence.

What I disappointed is that I can't find any places where I can buy the drink or energy drink because a modern gym room should be configured with this service. Hopefully this suggestion can be taken by the management team asap.
